Courses
Basic laser course
The eight-hour laser safety course is compulsory. It is run by Hautwerk Akademie on behalf of the SGML.
Annual SGML congress
The annual laser congress organized by the SGML usually takes place in mid-January. The program is packed with expert presentations on the latest findings in the field of laser medicine, podium discussions on laser medicine topics, company-sponsored workshops and workshops for medical assistants. Between the sessions there is the opportunity to visit the stands of the numerous exhibitors. Almost all well-known companies in laser medicine and aesthetics are represented.
Suitable for: Physicians and assistant physicians as well as MPA and other practice assistants.
Medical Laser Assistance (MLA)
The SGML is committed to promoting the training of medical professionals in the field of laser medicine. The training programme includes a basic laser course and a three-day internship in a qualified laser practice. After successfully completing the assessments you may carry the title MLA.
